Tiny Rice Flour Pancakes
|Brown rice flour||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Elam's Stone Ground)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon|
1) In a bowl, mix together ELAM'SÂ® Stone Ground Brown Rice Flour and baking powder.
2) Stir in milk, eggs, oil and honey, just until smooth.
3) Onto a hot lightly greased griddle, pour 1 tablespoon of batter for each pancake.
4) Bake the pancake until top is full of bubbles and then turn to the other side to cook until browned.
5) Serve at once.
