Ingredients
  Huckleberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine egg with milk and beat very well.
Sift & mix dry ingredients, add to egg mix, & mix very well.
Fold in huckleberries.
Cook on a greased hot griddle
