Powerhouse Honey Pancakes

Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bran 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Soy flakes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Safflower oil 1 Tablespoon
  Buttermilk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl mix together the dry ingredients; in a separate bowl, mix together the rest of the ingreidents into the beaten eggs
2. In a medium bowl, blend both these mixtures and adjust the thickness of the batter with buttermilk
3. Spoon the pancakes into a griddle over medium flame unil bubbles are seen at the top; turn once and cook over the otrher side

SERVING
4. Serve as required
