Potato Pancakes O'Brien
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Green pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Monosodium glutamate||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1. In a large bowl, mix the egg and flour until smooth.
2. Pour in the milk and the rest of the ingredients to mix well.
3. Pour spoonfuls of the mixture 1/4 cupful at a time on a hot greased heavy griddle.
4. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until potatoes are tender.
5. Serve hot with fresh cream and dill sauce
