Low-carb Mocha Bran Pancake

Ingredients
  Wheat bran 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Instant coffee 1 Teaspoon
  Splenda no calorie sweetener 10 Gram
  Boiling water 100 Milliliter
  Vanilla essence 1 Teaspoon
  Chocolate protein powder mix 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Psyllium husks 2 Teaspoon
  Sweetener 2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 1 Medium
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl combine wheat bran, instant coffee, splenda and boiling water, mix and then add chocolate powder, psyllium husks, Sweetener and egg.
2. Mix all the ingredients well and add the baking soda, once done pour the mixture in the hot pan.
3. Cook for 3-4 minute on each side.

SERVING
4. Serve this healthy Low-carb Mocha Bran Pancake along with your morning tea.
