|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Melted butter||3 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
1 In a pitcher resift the flour with salt,sugar and baking powder.
2 In a small bowl beat the egg and add in butter and milk. Stir this mixture in to the sifted flour.
3 Mix well to prepare a smooth batter.
4 Heat the griddle and pour the batter on it . Cook for 2-3 minutes.
5 Turn once and cook until the other side is done .
6 Serve with honey or a preserve of your choice.
