Kid's Veggie Pancake

Ingredients
  Carrots 1⁄2 Large, grated
  Zucchini 1⁄2 Large, grated
  Eggs 1 Large
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Oil/Canola oil spray 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, combine all the grated vegetables.
2. In another bowl, whisk egg and milk. Pour it over grated vegetables.
3. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Sprinkle it over egg vegetables mixture.
4. In a saute pan, heat oil and cook the vegetables mixture until golden brown.

SERVING
5. Serve with red sauce.
