Savory Supper Pancakes
|All purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Roast pork||8 Ounce, cut in slivers (227 Gram)|
|Cabbage leaves||10 Large, cut in slivers|
|Dried shrimps/Bite-size pieces of your favorite crustacean||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Lioshi-Ebi)|
|Vegetable oil||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||4 Tablespoon|
|Nori seaweed/Aonorij /dried bonito flakes (katsuo-bushi)||1⁄2 Teaspoon (In Powdered Form)|
1) In a bowl, add flour, eggs, pork, cabbage, 1/2 shrimps, and salt, blend until smooth.
2) on a hot plate or frying pan heat little vegetable oil, pour the batter on it; cook over a gentle heat for 5 min, or bubbly around the edges.
3) Place the 1/2 shrimp on the pancake and cook on the other side, for about 2 min; brush the cooked side with the Worcestershire sauce and ketchup and sprinkle nori seaweed .
4) Serve immediately with a dab of mayonnaise.
