|Plain flour||2 Ounce|
|White breadcrumbs/Brown breadcrumbs||2 Ounce|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
1) In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except oil and blend well into a batter with the pouring consistency.
2) In a large frying pan, heat the oil and pour in the batter to make 4-inch round pancakes.
3) Turn over the pancake when bubbly and brown on the other side.
4) Serve immediately with the hot baked beans in tomato sauce, topped with the grated cheese.
