Healthy Cottage Cheese Pancakes
|Cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Yoghurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Whole wheat flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Melted butter||4 Tablespoon|
Mix cottage cheese with the honey and yoghurt and beat well.
Sift salt with the flour and beat into the cheese mixture.
It should be a thin batter.
Grease a hot griddle.
Drop spoonsful of the mixture onto a hot, greased griddle and cook until browned on both sides.
Serve hot, topped with a mixture of honey and melted butter.
