Powerhouse Pancakes

Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Baking powder 7 Milliliter (1 1/2 Teaspoon)
  Bran 80 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)
  Honey 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Safflower oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Buttermilk 500 Milliliter (1 3/4 - 2 Cups)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, mix wheat flour, baking powder, bran.
2)In another bowl add eggs, oil and honey to combine well.
3)In a medium bowl, combine together both mixtures.
4)Add buttermilk to adjust the consistency of pancake batter.
5)Heat the griddle and spoon pancake batter on it.
6)Cook over medium heat until bubbles begin to appear.Turn over and cook.
7)Make at 8 to 10 pancakes.

SERVING
8)Serve warm with butter and maple syrup for breakfast.
