Easy Cornmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
  Cornmeal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

Mix first 5 ingredients; stir in egg, milk, and margarine.
Blend until smooth.
If batter is too thick, thin with additional milk.Cook on a hot, lightly-oiled griddle.
