Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cornmeal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Buttermilk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large mixing bowl, add flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking soda, and salt to combine.
2) Add eggs, buttermilk, and oil.
3) Stir in properly,
4) On a hot and lightly greased griddle, to pour 1/4 cup batter to fry pancake.
5) Cook both the sides until golden.

SERVING
6) Serve hot by drizzling honey or syrup.
