Spinach Sour Cream Pancakes

Ingredients
  Pancakes 12 Large
  Cooked chopped spinach/Taro leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bacon rashers 2
  Onion 1⁄2 Medium
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Prepare cooked and chopped leaves.
Finely chop bacon and onion.
Melt butter in a saucepan, add onion and bacon and stir fry until bacon is crisp.
Stir in sour cream and leaves and add seasoning.
Place about 1 1/2 tablespoons of mixture on each pancake, roll up, reheat and serve.
