Spinach Sour Cream Pancakes
|Cooked chopped spinach/Taro leaves||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter)|
Prepare cooked and chopped leaves.
Finely chop bacon and onion.
Melt butter in a saucepan, add onion and bacon and stir fry until bacon is crisp.
Stir in sour cream and leaves and add seasoning.
Place about 1 1/2 tablespoons of mixture on each pancake, roll up, reheat and serve.
