Easy Potato Pancakes
|Frozen hashed brown potatoes||3 Cup (48 tbs), thawed (loose-pack)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Instant minced onion||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Pepper white||1 Dash|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon|
In bowl combine first 4 ingredients and 2 teaspoons salt.
Combine eggs, milk, and oil; stir into potato mixture.
Let potato batter stand 5 minutes.
Drop batter in 1/4-cup portions onto a hot greased griddle.
When underside is browned, turn and brown the other side.
