Yogurt Pancakes

Ingredients
  Egg 1 Medium, beaten
  Flour 1 Teaspoon
  Plain unflavored yogurt 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
Directions

In a bowl combine egg and flour.
Add yogurt and salt, and beat again.
Drop by spoonfuls onto preheated nonstick griddle.
Cook, turning once to brown both sides.
