Bread Crumb Pancakes
|Dry bread slices||2|
|Buttermilk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (sifted)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
Break dry bread slices into blender container; blend till in coarse dry crumbs.
Add remaining ingredients to bread in blender container; blend just to combine.
Drop batter by tablespoons on hot, lightly greased griddle. (Small cakes are easier to manage.)
