Ingredients
  Zucchini 4 Medium, grated
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Eggs 3 Small, beaten
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Wheat germ 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (raw)
Directions

Mix ingredients together thoroughly.
Drop by tablespoonsful onto a lightly greased griddle.
Brown on both sides.
