This low carb pancake is yummy and I use sugar free jelly and whip cream to top it off with a little fruit.
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
In a Bowl mix together the carbquik and the baking powder
Add the oil and mix.
Slowly pour in the egg and whisk together.
Add enough cream and mix until mixture is thin enough to pour.
Spray pan with cooking spray.
Add the pancake mixture and allow to brown until you see tiny bubbles forming at the top then
flip pancake and allow to cook for 2 minutes more.
Top with your favorite topping.
