|Ground beef||1⁄2 Pound|
|Baking powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, minced|
|Onion||1 Tablespoon, grated|
Beat the egg yolks lightly in a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients except egg whites and mix well.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Drop by spoonfuls onto greased, hot griddle and cook until puffed and brown.
Turn and brown other side.
Serve at once with mushroom sauce or creamed vegetable, if desired.
