Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 2 , slightly beaten
  Buttermilk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

Sift the flour, soda, salt and sugar into a bowl.
Add the eggs, buttermilk and butter and stir just until flour is moistened.
Mixture will be lumpy.
Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto a hot, greased griddle and cook until bubbles cover surface.
Turn and brown on other side.
Serve with butter and syrup.
