Orange Pecan Pancakes

|Biscuit mix||2 Cup (32 tbs) (packaged)|
|Milk||1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)|
|Orange rind||2 Teaspoon, grated|
|Pecans||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), finley chopped|
Place the biscuit mix, egg and milk in a bowl and beat until smooth.
Add the grated rind and pecans and mix well.
Drop by spoonfuls onto a hot, greased griddle and cook until brown on both sides, turning once.
Serve with maple syrup, if desired.
