Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients
  Biscuit mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Milk 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)
  Blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs) (drained)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Place the biscuit mix, egg and milk in a bowl and beat until smooth.
Add the blueberries and sugar and mix well.
Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto a greased, hot griddle and cook until brown on both sides, turning once.
Serve with butter and syrup, if desired.
