Cornmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
  Self rising cornmeal 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Pancake mix 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Eggs 3 , slightly beaten
  Salad oil/Melted shortening 6 Tablespoon
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

Mix the cornmeal and pancake mix in a bowl.
Add the eggs, oil and milk and mix until almost smooth.
Mixture will be lumpy.
Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased hot griddle or skillet and cook until brown on both sides, turning once.
