|Self rising cornmeal||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Pancake mix||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Eggs||3 , slightly beaten|
|Salad oil/Melted shortening||6 Tablespoon|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Mix the cornmeal and pancake mix in a bowl.
Add the eggs, oil and milk and mix until almost smooth.
Mixture will be lumpy.
Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased hot griddle or skillet and cook until brown on both sides, turning once.
