Sugar Plum Strawberry Pancakes
|Layer cake mix/Pound cake mix||2 Cup (32 tbs) (packaged)|
|Flour||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Nuts||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped|
Add egg and 1/2 cup water to cake mix; beat until smooth.
Stir in flour and nuts.
Drop by spoonfuls onto hot greased griddle.
Bake until underside is golden brown and bubbles appear on surface.
Turn; bake other side.
Serve hot with sweetened strawberries and whipped cream spooned over cakes shortcake-fashion.
