|Packaged biscuit mix||2 Cup (32 tbs) (packaged)|
|Milk||1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)|
|Prunes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
Mix the biscuit mix, egg and milk in a bowl until smooth.
Add the prunes, nuts and ginger and mix well.
Drop by spoonfuls onto a hot, greased griddle and cook until brown on both sides, turning once.
Serve with syrup.
