Ginger Prune Pancakes

Ingredients
  Biscuit mix 2 Cup (32 tbs) (packaged)
  Packaged biscuit mix 2 Cup (32 tbs) (packaged)
  Egg 1
  Milk 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)
  Prunes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix the biscuit mix, egg and milk in a bowl until smooth.
Add the prunes, nuts and ginger and mix well.
Drop by spoonfuls onto a hot, greased griddle and cook until brown on both sides, turning once.
Serve with syrup.
