|Baking powder||5 Teaspoon|
|Melted butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Light cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Blueberry sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sour cream||3 Tablespoon|
Sift the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together.
Mix the butter, cream, milk and eggs in a bowl.
Add the flour mixture and beat until smooth.
Drop by spoonfuls onto a lightly greased griddle and cook until brown on both sides, turning once.
Spread 2 tablespoons Blueberry Sauce over center of each pancake.
Roll the pancakes and place on a warm plate.
Top with sour cream.
