Whole Grain Pancake

This Whole Grain Pancake is very delicious . Along with it is related my childhood memories.When I returned home from school, my mother used to prepare this pancake and we enjoyed devouring it. So if you want to make your kids happy, try this Whole Grain Pancake recipe.
Ingredients
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Rolled oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cornmeal 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 6 Small, separated
  Oil 6 Tablespoon
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

Stage1-Blend the first 7 ingredients together.

Stage2-Whip egg whites until stiff. Blend together milk, oil and egg (yolks) together.

Stage3-Add to flour mixture, then fold in egg whites.

Stage4-Cook on greased griddle.

Serve with maple syrup.
