|Milk||1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)|
|Apples||2 Cup (32 tbs), grated|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Place the biscuit mix, egg and milk in a bowl and beat with a rotary beater until smooth.
Add the apples, sugar and lemon juice and mix well.
Drop by spoonfuls onto a hot, greased pancake griddle and cook until bubbles cover the surface.
Turn and brown on other side.
Serve with syrup.
