Savory Soup Pancakes
|All purpose flour||4 Tablespoon|
|Baking powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Condensed french canadian style pea soup||10 Ounce (1 can)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Sift the dry ingredients together and add gradually to undiluted soup, mixing thoroughly with a fork.
Gradually beat in eggs and milk mixed together.
Drop by spoonfuls onto a hot greased griddle or frying pan.
Cook at medium heat about 5 minutes on each side.
