Ingredients
  Rolled oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Buttermilk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pancake mix 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salad oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Soak oats in the buttermilk with the soda for 2 minutes, then stir in remaining ingredients.
Bake on a greased griddle.
