Potato Pancakes Using Milk
|Raw potatoes||4 Large|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Shortening||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (for shallow frying)|
Peel potatoes and grate with onion into milk.
Mix with remaining ingredients except shortening.
Drop by table-spoonfuls into hot shortening in skillet.
Brown on both sides, and serve at once.
