Yogurt Pancakes

Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soya flour 2 Teaspoon
  Bran 2 Teaspoon
  Arrowroot baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Melted butter/Safflower oil 1 Teaspoon
  Plain low fat yogurt 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Combine all ingredients in small bowl of electric mixer.
Turn to high speed and mix until well blended.
Pour about 1/4 cup at a time onto a hot, lightly greased griddle and cook as usual.
