|Whole wheat flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soya flour||2 Teaspoon|
|Arrowroot baking powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Melted butter/Safflower oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Plain low fat yogurt||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients in small bowl of electric mixer.
Turn to high speed and mix until well blended.
Pour about 1/4 cup at a time onto a hot, lightly greased griddle and cook as usual.
