Whole Wheat Pancakes
|Whole wheat flour/Null||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Null)|
|Baking soda/Null||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Null)|
|Salt/Null||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Null)|
|Arrowroot baking powder/Null||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Null)|
|Safflower oil/Null||1 Teaspoon (Null)|
|Honey/Null||1 Teaspoon (Null)|
|Buttermilk/Null||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Null)|
Combine dry ingredients.
Stir oil and honey into buttermilk.
Stir buttermilk mixture into flour mixture all at once.
Mix just to moisten.
(If a thinner batter is desired, add more buttermilk.) Cook on a lightly greased griddle.
