Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour/Null 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Null)
  Baking soda/Null 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Null)
  Salt/Null 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Null)
  Arrowroot baking powder/Null 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Null)
  Safflower oil/Null 1 Teaspoon (Null)
  Honey/Null 1 Teaspoon (Null)
  Buttermilk/Null 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Null)
Directions

Combine dry ingredients.
Stir oil and honey into buttermilk.
Stir buttermilk mixture into flour mixture all at once.
Mix just to moisten.
(If a thinner batter is desired, add more buttermilk.) Cook on a lightly greased griddle.
