|Flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Mix the milk, salt, and flour to a smooth batter.
Set it aside for 1 hour.
Just before frying, beat the eggs and sugar together and add them to the batter.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, greasing the sides as well as the bottom of the pan.
Pour the melted butter into the batter, and mix again.
Put all the batter into the frying pan.
Bake it in the oven at 425 F for about 25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
