Quick Thin Pancakes

Ingredients
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Icing sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Sift flour, icing sugar and salt together.
Beat eggs and milk well and stir in dry ingredients.
Cover and let stand 30 minutes.
Grease a heavy skillet or griddle lightly and heat.
Pour on 1/4 cup batter and spread it to 5 to 6 inches in diameter.
Cook one
