Pancake Pizza

  Eggs 2 Large
  Milk 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Maple flavoring 1 Teaspoon
  Maple flavor 1 Teaspoon
  Pancake mix 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Regular Or Complete Plain Or Buckwheat Flavor)
  Granola cereal 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Pecan halves 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)

In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, oil, and maple flavoring to blend.
Add pancake mix and beat until smooth.
Coat the inside of a 14-inch pizza or 10- by 15-inch baking pan with a nonstick cooking spray, or oil generously.
Pour batter into pan.
Sprinkle evenly with granola and pecans.
Bake on the bottom rack of a 425° oven until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 12 to 15 minutes.
Cut into wedges and serve.
