Ingredients
  Baking mix 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Egg 1
Directions

In a medium bowl, blend together all ingredients until moistened.
Batter should be lumpy.
Fry on a hot, greased griddle until bubbles form on the surface; turn and brown other side.
