|Honey||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Bananas||1 Cup (16 tbs), mashed|
|Cake flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter/Vegetable oil||3 Tablespoon, melted|
Beat together the eggs, honey and milk.
Add the mashed bananas and mix well.
Sift the flour and salt into the banana mixture.
Stir in the melted butter or vegetable oil.
Set aside and allow to stand for at least an hour.
Pour two tablespoons of the batter onto a hot, lightly oiled frypan or griddle.
Cook until bubbles appear and begin to break.
Turn over and cook on the other side.
