Ingredients
  Pancake batter 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Made With 1 Cup Flour, Etc.)
  Oranges 3
  Fat 2 Tablespoon (For Deep Frying)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
Directions

Make the pancake batter but add the very finely grated rind of the 3 oranges.
Cook the pancakes in the hot fat, then fill with sliced oranges.
Roll up, dust with sugar and decorate with orange slices then serve.
