|Pancake batter||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Made With 1 Cup Flour, Etc.)|
|Fat||2 Tablespoon (For Deep Frying)|
|Sugar||1 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
Make the pancake batter but add the very finely grated rind of the 3 oranges.
Cook the pancakes in the hot fat, then fill with sliced oranges.
Roll up, dust with sugar and decorate with orange slices then serve.
