Ingredients
  Beaten egg 1
  Light cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned frozen juice concentrate 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Pancake mix 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange syrup 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine egg, cream, and 34 cup of the orange-juice concentrate (reserve remainder).
Add pancake mix, stirring to remove most of lumps.
Bake on hot greased griddle, turning once.
