Cheese Pancakes With Strawberries
|Milk||200 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)|
|Small curd creamed cottage cheese||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|All purpose flour||200 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sweetened sliced strawberries||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Put milk and cottage cheese into blender container.
Cover and process at PUREE until smooth.
Add sugar, baking powder, eggs, flour, and cinnamon.
Cover and process at BLEND until smooth.
Bake on hot buttered griddle over medium heat pouring about 2 tablespoons (30 ml) batter for each pancake and turning when bubbles appear on upper surface and begin to break.
When browned on both sides, serve topped with sour cream and strawberries.
