|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Mozzarella cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), shredded|
|Black pepper powder||2 Pinch|
Shred the zucchini.
Combine all-purpose flour, egg and mozzarella cheese with the zucchini.
Add chopped onion, black pepper and salt and mix well.
Heat a shallow skillet and add some olive oil. Spoon a little (zucchini) mixture and shallow fry (in the shape of small discs) on the skillet on each side for 1-2 minutes.
Serve Hot with ketchup.
