Easy Buttermilk Apple Pancakes

Ingredients
  Buttermilk baking mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Dry nonfat milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned apple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Double apple sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Blend all ingredients, except Sauce.
Using 1/3 cup batter for each cake, bake on hot greased griddle or in skillet until browned on both sides.
