How To Make Homemade Pancakes

How to make delicious, homemade pancakes. You will never buy a boxed pancake mix again!
Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Melted margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING:
1)Heat up a griddle or frying pan lightly greased with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
2)In a mixing bowl, beat egg until fluffy.
3)Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
4)Pour some batter on heated griddle/frying pan to make the size of pancake you like.
5)When bubbles appear on top, break and flip the pancake over and cook other side until golden brown.

SERVING:
6)Serve with your favorite pancake toppings or fruits or chocolate and serve warm and enjoy!

TIP:
Your baking or frying pan is hot enough when the drop of water on it the pan splits with a sizzle.
