Sesame Potato Pancakes

Ingredients
  Potatoes 8 , peeled and boiled
  Butter 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoons)
  Egg yolks 2
  Ginger 2 Milliliter (1/2 Teaspoon)
  Savory 2 Milliliter (1/2 Teaspoon)
  Sesame seeds 5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)
  Heavy cream 50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Peanut oil 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoons)
  White pepper To Taste
Directions

Mash potatoes through food mill.
Add remaining ingredients (except oil) and mix until thoroughly blended.
Set aside to cool.
Dust hands with flour and shape mixture into small pancakes.
Heat oil in large frying pan and cook 3 minutes each side over medium-high heat.
