  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Melted butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Apple 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
Directions

Combine egg, milk and apple; stir into dry ingredients.
Stir in melted butter.
Bake on a hot griddle.
