High Protein "Bodybuilder" Pancakes

  Liquid egg whites 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Low fat butter 1 Tablespoon
  Oatmeal 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Ground flax seeds 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla protein powder 90 Gram (2 - 3 Scoops)

1) Blend the above ingredients up in the blender.
2) Then cook the batter in the frying pan just like you would for regular pancakes.
3) When they are cooked add some low fat butter spray and low sugar maple syrup for flavor.
