Oat Wheat Germ Pancakes
|Egg||1 , separated|
|Warm water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Oat wheat germ mix||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Syrup/Honey / preferred topping||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Beat the egg yolk with the water until blended. Stir into the mix until just moistened.
2. Beat the egg white until stiff. Fold into the pancake mixture.
3. Drop by tablespoons onto a lightly oiled, moderately hot griddle.
4. Bake until browned on both sides and serve hot with syrup and butter.
