Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients
  Milk 375 Milliliter (1.5 Cups)
  Eggs 2
  Solid shortening 75 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)
  All purpose flour 375 Milliliter (1.5 Cup)
  Baking powder 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon (12 Milliliter)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Apples 2 Medium, quartered, pared, and cored to make 1 cup or 250 milliliters
Directions

Assemble Blender.
Put all ingredients into blender container.
Cover and process at MIX until apples are finely chopped.
For each pancake, pour a small amount of batter on a greased hot griddle and bake over medium heat, turning when bubbles appear on upper surface and begin to break.
