Apple Cinnamon Pancakes
|Milk||375 Milliliter (1.5 Cups)|
|Solid shortening||75 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)|
|All purpose flour||375 Milliliter (1.5 Cup)|
|Baking powder||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon (12 Milliliter)|
|Salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Apples||2 Medium, quartered, pared, and cored to make 1 cup or 250 milliliters|
Put all ingredients into blender container.
Cover and process at MIX until apples are finely chopped.
For each pancake, pour a small amount of batter on a greased hot griddle and bake over medium heat, turning when bubbles appear on upper surface and begin to break.
